The Falcon Players, one of Loughboroughs leading theatre companies are ready to provide theatregoers with another year of high quality comedy performances at the magnificent Stanford Hall Theatre near Loughborough.

The first show of 2004 will be performed from Wednesday 4th to Saturday 7th February when the Falcon Players present the fast paced comedy “Perfect Wedding” written by Robin Hawdon. The start of the play sees Bill wake up on his wedding day morning with a hangover and a girl in his bed - but it is not his wife to be . . . . . Chaos and confusion reign as Bill desperately tries to keep the truth from his bride with the help of his best man.

From June 9th to June 12th the Falcon Players will present “A Sting In The Tale”, a comic murder mystery written by Brian Clemens and Dennis Spooner. The play is set in the home of a writer and his partner who asks their secretary to act out plot lines from his book to ensure that they are realistic. It comes as no surprise when one of the writers asks the other to act out a break in and the killing of the occupant of the house. But are things as innocent as they seem?

The Falcon Players will present the hilarious Ray Cooney farce “Caught In The Net” from 6th to 9th October 2004. This play, the sequel to the West End smash hit “Run For Your Wife” finds our bigamist taxi driver John Smith still trying to keep his two families apart. However his teenage children – one boy and one girl by each wife have met via the internet and are determined to meet each other in person. The evr spiraling situation gets increasingly out of hand as John busts a gut to juggle with the with the truth.
